5S.

5S is a systematic way of organizing workplaces by eliminating waste, improving flow, and reducing the number of processes where possible. It applies the five principles: Sort , Set in order , Shine , Standardize , and Sustain.

The 5S methodology is fairly easy to implement. It can be implemented in any type of organization, from manufacturing plants to small offices to multinational organizations in both the public and private sectors.
